Question on secondary helix

How crucial is it to change the helix when riding at higher elevations? The chart under my hood (08 CF 800) says for 6-9000 feet to use 73g weights and a 36 helix. I currently have 77g and 46/40? helix. I will change the weights but do I have to change the helix? I plan on putting in a clutch kit eventually. If I don't change the helix what kind of problems will I run in to?
