having F5 cooling problems

I have a cooling leak near the water pump out of a little whole that looks like a release hole to stop coolant from filling the crank up help and some info would be great, I also replaced the water pump seal, is there more seals on that water/oil shaft?

You have a seal that is leaking. Coolant will come out of the weep hole if a seal is leaking.
