These pics are my float after 300 miles from the last time I took it apart and added fluid, and you can see thats there is none in there. I take them apart and add fluid every 300 miles to maintain top performance. 10 min job. Tim

Just wondering how much you are adding? I have been adding only about oz. or so and that is what is looks like before I put it back together.

I add 1/2 inch, so pretty close to an ounce.
