anyone try this? its supposed to work but you just have to be careful because it doesnt retard the timing till it gets to operating temp, it has full timing even when its cold so you have to make sure you warm it up good before you get on it. With the m1000 you should anyway. sure would be nice to bypass that pos sensor that keeps failing, anyone have any experience with this?

no one has tried this?? really?? supposed to be a simple way to bypass the most failed sensor under our hoods.

It would depend on what type of sensor it is. RTD or Thermocouple?

560 is what we use but 480 would do the trick.. I suggest pulling the probe and replacing it with a 14mm SHORT bolt because the probe will eventually break an end up in the pipe or even in your engine..

i fabbed up one with 470 today and like said the flashing ecu went away and it running normal, hey RKT what is the effects on not using the probe? will it give the engine advance timing all the time? etc. thanks
