Anyone? Its going to be his first sled and I dont want him to get a bad vibe from snowmobiling by buying a lemon, We're looking at an 08 m8 now only 350 miles but we're waiting on a price

if you want info on the 07-08 m8s do a search, lots of info on here. you rode with me and sheldon and tyler P up in heaven that day and I was on my 07 then and me sheldon are the ones that broke trail in there, so no the 07 wasn't junk. They just have gotten a bit better each year. the big thing with the 07 was clutching was way off from the factory and the rear skid didn't trasfer enough but thats not something a first time sledder is going to notice anyways.

any m7 should be under 5k I've heard of m7 selling as cheap as $2,500 with a few miles but still in good shape. if he is a heavier rider(185+lbs) the m8 is a lot better power any m sled that has been well maintained is a good sled.

If you can get that 08 for 7000.00 or under that would be a good deal, that 700 looks pretty clean but i don't think he should pay anything over 5500.00. Looks like you are in Canada i seen some on autotrader.ca but it seems like they still want a arm and a leg for them, good luck...
