was thinking about an rkt head for my efi king, will i need to add a fuel controller ?

Depends on the pipe and intake setup you are running. I think a speedwerx single pipe and stock air box you are ok. Ran one on my carbed 900 that had twins, pods and cleaned up transferports and the head made no noticeable difference in my case at 6,000 plus feet.

The RKT head will actually make the sled richer due to being more efficient.

X2 ....add a pipe to offset the head. For a carbed sled you drop 2 jet sizes for the head and add 2 jet sizes for the pipe.
