I'd have to ask some questions to be sure, but I don't think the bulkhead would fit if that was all you were changing.

You could put that motor into an '04 chassis. You'd need motor mounts off a '99+ ZRT800/Tcat and the jackshaft motor mount from a 600 1M. Then either re-work the pipes or get some from a newer sled and put ZRT2 plastic on it.

AWS 4 and the AWS 5 are the same other than the 4 is steel and the 5 is aluminum. They will interchange. The old plastic will work as well as the newer style...

Some of the geometry is similar, but they are not the same.

hmmmm. looks like I might find out about this myself soon enough beings as though my old Cutler aluminum bulkhead is cracking-breaking in places that I have welded over a few times already. This is an older 94 chassis with Newer T-Cat plastic. Everything fit in fine when I done this project 7 years ago and now I am looking at replacing my cutler bulkhead with a newer factory aluminum bulkhead so I guess we will see...

I have a 600 ZRT bulkhead in good shape. The part numbers are different but I think the differences are minor things like exhaust mount tabs etc. I would take $100 shipped to you or might be able to bring it to Haydays in September.
