I have a 96 Storm built into a 925 Hot to Go engine and am looking to clutch and gear it for 500 ft. It is running stock carbs with PSI triple pipes.I am running 60 gram weights with 288 studs in the track. I have it engaging at 4800 and 9000 rpm's on top end. It seems to be a little sluggish out of the hole. Just got it and need to dial it in with proper springs and helix. Any help appreciated. Thanks

what elevation will you be running at? 60 grams for the weights seems low. gearing I would start out with 22-40's for 22-39's to start. im running 22-40's in my gen II race sled. Throw more weight at it go 66's or 68's. The thing that ive found out is that it is a trial and error thing. hope this helps.
