Anyone know anything about asphalt racing in utah. I have a 925 big bore storm motor that im puttin in a wedge style polaris chassis. Lookin for a place to race when i get it done?

They host a class that sleds can race in at RMR. It is actually part of NHRA so you will have to conform to all the rules. Their are a few guys locally that race asphalt sleds in SLC and Boise all summer long. Check out Rocky Mountain Raceway website or NHRA and that should get you started. Seems like they are racing 2-3 months out of the summer if not more. Good Luck.

Thanks man. Anyone out there wouldnt happen to where a somewhat good 121" rear skid is with minimal travel is? Probably around an 1984 polaris, they were the lightest ive heard and best for the asphalt

this year we should be racing by the end of April through the end of October... we run either NHRA sled/bike ET class or if there is not enough bikes and sleds we race pro eliminator... Check the NHRA Web site for info on member tracks in Utah
